  • Service providers and processors: including the Equip platform (assessment and proctoring), payment processors, hosting providers, and email services.

6. PROCTORING (FAST TRACK CHALLENGE)

The Fast Track Challenge uses the Equip platform for AI-based remote proctoring. This section describes the data processed during proctoring and clarifies the responsibilities involved.

6.1 What may be collected during proctoring

By starting the assessment, the participant grants Equip access to data necessary for remote proctoring. Depending on Equip’s current implementation and configuration, this may include, but is not limited to:

  • Webcam video of the participant during the assessment.
  • Microphone audio of the participant and surrounding environment.
  • Screen recording or screenshots of activity on the participant’s screen.
  • Browser activity such as tab switches, focus changes, and copy/paste events.
  • Identity verification data, which may include a photo of an official ID document.
  • Behavioral signals processed by Equip’s AI to detect potential violations.
  • Other technical or behavioral data that Equip may collect as part of its proctoring service.

The exact scope, format, and processing of proctoring data are defined and updated by Equip and may change over time without prior notice from Globally Tech LTDA. Participants are strongly encouraged to review Equip’s own privacy policy and terms of service before starting the assessment for the most accurate and up-to-date description of what is collected and how it is processed.

6.2 Purpose

To ensure the integrity of the Fast Track Challenge, validate that results reflect the participant’s individual performance, and provide partner companies with a Trust Score that supports recruitment decisions.

6.3 Processor and responsibility

Proctoring is operated exclusively by Equip, which acts as an independent data processor for this purpose. Equip is responsible for the collection, storage, processing, retention, and security of all proctoring data, in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms of service.

Globally Tech LTDA acts as data controller for participation data (registration, scores, benchmark) but does not store, process, or retain the raw proctoring recordings. We receive only the Trust Score, flag reports, and analytical summaries generated by Equip.

For any request related to raw proctoring data (access, deletion, correction of recordings), the participant must contact Equip directly. We will assist in routing such requests when needed.

6.4 Sharing with partner companies

Partner companies of the Global Career Summit have access to the proctoring report (Trust Score and flags) of each participant in technical categories, as part of the recruitment package. This is disclosed in the Fast Track Challenge Regulamento and accepted by the participant upon registration.

6.5 Consent and right to refuse

Proctoring is mandatory for participation in the Fast Track Challenge technical categories. Participants who do not consent to proctoring cannot complete the assessment. Refund requests follow the rules in Section 11 of the Regulamento.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Under LGPD, GDPR, and similar laws, you have the right to: access, correction, deletion (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, information about sharing, anonymization, and the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority (ANPD in Brazil, your local DPA in the EU).

To exercise these rights, contact privacy@globalcareersummit.com. We respond within 15 days as required by LGPD. For raw proctoring data specifically, contact Equip directly.

8. DATA SECURITY

Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls and multi-factor authentication, regular security assessments, data minimization, vendor security reviews, and incident response procedures including notification of the ANPD and affected users when required by law.

9. DATA RETENTION

  • Event participation data: up to 48 months after the event.
  • Fast Track Challenge results and benchmark: up to 12 months in the active recruiter database, archived afterwards.
  • Proctoring recordings: retained by Equip according to Equip’s own retention policy. We do not store these recordings.

You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
